My name is Kayla Jones, I am an entrepreneur, community advocate, social media content creator, and experienced administrative leader with a strong background in operations, organizational management, communication, and problem-solving. As a mother and passionate advocate for those experiencing food insecurity, I am committed to using my skills and resources to serve my community.
I am the Founder of Thee BBW LLC and Bussin Bellies on Wheelz LLC, and co-owner of TFW LLC and 3K Enterprise LLC. With a growing social media community of more than 70,000 TikTok supporters, I use my platform to connect, inspire, and make a positive impact.
I hold a HVAC, ServSafe, and RRMC certifications and currently serves as the Assistant to the CEO of Pallmher Hands 2 Incorporated, where I support executive operations, organizational efficiency, and the advancement of the organization’s mission.
My name is Marquetta Byrd, I am a strategic Human Resources professional with expertise in personnel management, employee relations, workforce development, and organizational leadership. I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources and Healthcare Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources.
I serve on the Board of Directors of Pallmher Hands 2 Incorporated as Human Resources Manager, providing strategic HR leadership and supporting organizational development, workforce initiatives, and effective policies that advance the organization’s mission.
My name is Andrea Springer-Smith, I am an educator, advocate, and community leader with a strong background in business administration, life skills education, and student advocacy. I hold an Associates and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and I am currently pursuing my teaching license.
As a dedicated life skills teacher, I am passionate about empowering students with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to thrive independently.
As a proud member of the Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing community, I understand firsthand the importance of being heard, seen, and included. My personal experiences have shaped my passion for advocating for accessibility, inclusion, and equal opportunities for everyone. I am committed to using my voice and experiences to help create a community where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered.
